Kleiwarenfabriek Joosten Wessem has developed two new extruded bricks in dark colours. The new Excellent Tiara blue has a characteristic blue/black shading that is achieved by reduced firing. And the Onyx black has an impressive deep black colour. Both facing bricks are of a high quality (usage classification B4) and can be supplied stacked flat on scaffolding pallets. Kleiwarenfabriek De Waalwaard presents a new collection of soft mud bricks. These facing bricks are fired in one of the last chamber kiln in the Netherlands. The high differences in temperature result in beautiful, natural colour shades. The bricks are still sorted by hand in order to guarantee a certain product standard. These new ranges are a response to the demand for traditional facing bricks with a variable character and a lively play of colours.
